We adopted our puppy here a year ago and he was our very first family pet. I had many concerns on where to adopt, and whenever I visited the store the staff in Pet Habitat were always so kind and guided us through the adoption. Till now whenever we encounter a problem I don't hesitate to call Pet Habitat for help and they gave us just the right advice and solution we needed, such experts! THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! We have shopped at both locations upon moving to the Tsawwassen area last year. We love the selection of products, and if they don't have it, they'll always order it. Their prices are superior to any other store we've been to, and my husband and I enjoy the "family biz" atmosphere. They always greet our dogs (a border collie and a lab x) and offer a cookie. Pets N Us is a high point in our dogs' day! Would recommend them to anyone!
