To Accommodate These Clients Carlo Was Encountering On A More Frequent Basis, He Created A Separate And Unique Business: Transitions. In 1997 Carlo Met With The Organization Wigs For Kids And Formed The First Canadian Chapter Of Wigs For Kids.
