Homewood Community Addiction Services (CADS) is a community out-patient program that provides a wide range of services for individuals struggling with addiction issues. Homewood Community Addiction Services is part of the Homewood Addiction Division, which offers a seamless integrated delivery system. Programs and services are offered for all populations, and cover a continuum of care, from health promotion activities to assessment and out-patient counselling, to residential treatment. The FHCC currently houses a total of five partners: City of Kitchener staff, FHCA, Kitchener Fire Department, Regional Emergency Medical Services, and the Forest Hill T-Ball Association.The FHCA follows the City of Kitchener's guidelines, policies, and procedures with all of its volunteers and participants in all activities.The FHCA relies on community-minded individuals like you to keep programs and events running.
