My son injuried himself in hockey we were so impressed with Dr Thomson. He took xrays before and after the first adjustment. He didn't just get him moving that day by the 4th visit he had him moving normal and painfree. The Nucca method is unique and I must say he has restored my faith in chlropractic work. I had my front tooth smashed out by a racquet during a squash match. I was lucky enough to have someone refer me to the Legato Centre. I was helpfully explained all my options, which were not that many when you have nothing left.
In the end I had a complete front tooth implant, and some bone and gum grafting done, it was major.
I have to say that the team at the Legato Centre took incredible care of me during the few visits.
Today you would not know any different and I have a smile for life.
Even if you just need a crown or some dental advice I would recommend the Legato Centre to everyone.

Nucca is a very specific, safe and gentle chiropractic technique. The technique restores the bodies balance and posture to normal. It also removes pressure off the spinal cord and the brainstem where nerves supply the whole body. This restores the bodies ability to heal as normal nerve supply is restored. The technique is performed by taking very specific xrays of the neck and head. These films are analyzed and then a specific gentle adjustment is done to C1 or the first cervical vertebrae. There is no snapping or cracking or fast movements. This technique has been very helpful for issues from headaches and neck pain or stiffness to low back pain and sciatic pain issues.
