Harbour Air was founded in British Columbia in 1982. With two small Dehavilland Beaver seaplanes and a plan to service the forest industry, we began offering private charters. With growing success the company quickly expanded, adding scheduled flights between Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, the Sunshine Coast and Whistler.

Depending on the topic of my site, I could include historical information about my subject. For example, if my site is about my business, I could discuss how my business got started. If my site is about a sports team, music group, movie star, or my family, I could chronologically list or summarize major events important to my topic.

My goal is to ensure my clients receive a challenging workout without the risk of injury. This is why on your first visit a health assessment will determine your current level of fitness. Together we will work on your goals and expectations in order to develop just the right program for you. The fitness industry has changed a lot and fortunately slogans like no pain, no gain are finally disappearing to make room for a more holistic and overall lifestyle approach. I promote a mix of strength training, cardio fitness and balance to encourage fitness at all levels. I do my best to remain current on the latest fitness trends, attending conventions and workshops to keep up with the ever-changing industry.

The Bee & Thistle is very close to downtown Vancouver, has balconies on every floor with views of the city, north shore mountains and a distant peek at the Lions Gate bridge and Coal Harbour. Explore the wonderfully eclectic restaurants and shops of 'the Drive', sip a cool beverage at a sidewalk café, sample the flavours from the Italian coffee and gelato shops, or pick up some fresh fruit or flowers from the abundant sidewalk displays as you stroll up to the Broadway Skytrain station.
