Her training is compiled from such prestigious international dance companies as L'Opera de Strasbourg in France, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, The Canadian Opera, Canadian Silent Players, The Fifteen and The National Ballet of Canada. For over 30 years now she has maintained a strong dance organization training her dancers with impeccable technique. Her personalized corrections and hours of dedication are what make the school stand out among competing dance studios. For years Donita Ballet School won countless gold medals during competitions proving the unique quality of the school. Under Donita's direction, her school and her dancers have always had a strong undying love for the art of classical ballet. Donita has also been an adjudicator in various competitions in Canada and a choreographer for year end recitals of several dance schools.

Miss Doreen Hayes started her dance school in 1956 with 85 students as a single mother with two small children. She began by teaching Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acro and Baton in the dining room of her Pauline Avenue home in Toronto, turning her living room into the parents' waiting room., Miss Hayes moved to the Jane and Bloor location in 1957 to a small one room studio, and was the only teacher for the first five years. Over the years, Miss Hayes has encouraged the love of dance to thousands. Students and Teachers come and go but The Doreen Hayes School of Dancing has remained a consistent and professional Dance Studio for 55 years., During the 60's and 70's Doreen had a very popular lounge act and trio called Doreen Hayes and her 44's! A frequent headliner on the Airport Strip at the Woodbine Room in the Constellation Hotel, the Hook and Ladder club at the Beverly Hills Hotel and many others including the Black Knight Room at the Royal York Hotel downtown Toronto., Miss Hayes still works diligently, managing the school from her little office with the help of her 4 teachers, while continuing as a ROLE MODEL for women entrepreneurs and aspiring Dance Teachers.

Elite Dance Corps, located in Bradford, On has been proudly serving the Bradford, Bond Head, Innisfil, Alliston, Barrie and Newmarket area for over eight years. Elite Dance Corps has won numerous awards, and is recognized as one of the most active participants in various local community events as well as national and international dance competitions. Tania Azevedo's students have gone on to dance with Ballet Jorgen, Candadian Natinal Tap Team, become certified dance instructions, and attend dance programs at well know Ontario universities. Tania is constantly strengthening her skills by attending master classes with renowned dance artists and choreographers in all disciplines of dance. Today, she is a full member with P.A.E.C and both Jazz and Tap and has become certified with the International Academy of Dance Adjudicators. Elite Dance Corp is pleased to offer dance classes and instruction in the disciplines of Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acrobatic Dance, and Hip Hop Lyrical Musical Theater. The dance studio also offers Kinderdance for children ages three and four, and we are pleased to offer adult classes in Belly Dancing, Yoga, Zumba and Cardio Funk. During 2009 Elite Dance Corp was proud to have two of its students selected for the Canadian National Tap Team which completed in Reisa, Germany against 34 other nations and brought home the Gold Medal for their outstanding performance!
