Can Dance Academy caters to the Clarkson-Lorne Park area in Mississauga. Now in our 19th year, we specialize in teaching all areas of performance dance including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Hip Hop, Acro, Modern and Musical Theatre. We also teach Pilates for adults. Our annual recitals at Meadowvale Theatre are raved about and are hailed as amazing. They always include set, props, professional lighting design and video. Our competitive students do three competitions each year and many of our students take exams with the Canadian Dance Teachers Association (CDTA) in Jazz, Ballet and Tap. Our staff consists of CDTA accredited teachers and professional dancers. Our studios have specialized dance flooring, permanent and portable ballet barres, wall to wall mirrors and professional sound systems. We are located within walking distance of four schools. From the foxtrot to the Cha-Cha, the Fred Astaire Franchised Dance Studios teaches a wide range of international and American dance styles.
