Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes. We only had to leave for about 4 hours. It has been over a year and we remain free of these blood sucking bugs. Thanks to the professional help from Quest.
