We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... I was wary to visit this place from the previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! They've done renovations as well as changed their menu. It has been for the better!
Our server, George, although new to the restaurant (starting one week prior) was very knowledgeable. I ask as many questions as possible, and I'm glad he could answer most, others he would go to the kitchen to ask any he did not know. One important question was where they source their beef, I was told it is all Ontario beef which pleased me.
The Beef Carpaccio was nice, as well as the Beef Wellington. Not the most traditional way to create the dish, but it was still tasty. The pork was nice, although the apple-bacon compote may have been a bit over-the-top on bacon. The Lamb chop was crusted nicely and was done VERY evenly.
The dessert was something else. Homemade marshmallows, homemade graham cookies, caramel sauce, and milk chocolate sauce. The marshmallows were on sticks and you have your own campfire that comes along with it. Very novel, very exciting, and the smell of the fire was very close to a campfire.
All in all, a good visit.
