A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. The store is clean, selection is decent even with the Covid 19, staff is generally helpful. Their prices are good, beyond competitive on most things though you do need to watch the expiry dates on some items. Only time I shop elsewhere these days is if they dont have something I absolutely need.
