After having my daughters hair done by a stylist that left her feeling upset and looking ridiculous we called the manager and he was quick to resolve the issue...had her back that day and had it striped out and fixed by another stylist named Ashley....she did an amazing job and we will return to have all our hair needs done by her in the future!!! Huge shout out to the manager for doing what was right!!!

As someone starting transition, I did some research to find out the safest place and EVERYONE recommended Angelina and her team. I was scared and anxious leading up to the appointment but felt immediately comfortable upon seeing Angelina. Excellent friendly service, great job on the nails! Too bad some older lady came in at 3 pm and started yelling at the staff and at an elderly lady waiting in a chair. She was ranting about one of her long nails chipping after 5 days. Complete bully. She is demanding to see the manger. I am also going to speak to the manger and insist she not be allowed to be a customer here anymore. It was disgusting behavior.
