I was there to get a full highlights and trim on Saturday Feb 19 2017. Sahar did the work and she was amazing! I would definitely recommend her. She asked and listened to what I wanted to see in terms of a finished product and went to work, carefully applying highlights. She recommended taking about 3 inches off of my hair due to split ends but was completely OK when I said that I didn't want that much off, and that I would just like a small clean up. Vitality Yoga classes offer a nice combination of toning and strengthening. Each teacher has their own style and something nice to offer.
I personally enjoy the fine balance between this studio offers between getting a good stretch/workout as well as the stress relief, and mind calming benefits of the class that helps us really relax and let go. Vitality yoga does a great job at that. Love the meditation/relaxation at the end.

I have been going to Dr. Burgess for 14 years now and this is why, I love the man, hes kind and gentle with our pets, he is honest I,m sure he knew that I would have mortgage the house to get Franky help, he was having seizures, he told me we could do MRI , scans and what ever and still not find out the reason, lets put him on phenobarb, that was years ago and Franky has not had another one. He even drove Franky home to me the last time I was there such a kind hearted man. The best of vets.
