I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. I brought my 81 year old Uncle and my younger beautiful Aunt to this Swiss Chalet for lunch. The server was very bright, cheerful and friendly. The meal was served within minutes and she got everything right. I happened to mention that we were going to use the coupon(s) that my Aunt had received in the mail, but we couldn't find that day. She had an extra coupon so she offered it to us. That changed my mind about the restaurant even though I had a bad experience before.

MHAUCC acts as one of HDGH's entry points into the Ontario Ministry of Health's treatment system for Windsor-Essex residents with concerns or who are experiencing problems and/or negative consequences related to substance use.
In addition, Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare’s (HDGH) Community Crisis Centre of Windsor-Essex County works in partnership with community social agencies to provide crisis response services to individuals 16 years of age and older who are experiencing an acute mental illness and/or psychosocial crisis. The mission of the Community Crisis Centre is to provide intervention services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to individuals who require immediate assessment, psychosocial intervention, medical intervention, and support.
