I called on a Monday morning at around 9am and they promise to be at my home by noon, they were at the house by 1145!!!!! Russ was very professional and worked very quickly. He noticed a couple of small issues with my garage door and repaired them as well. I appreciated the quick, professional and thorough service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Dylan of Mr. Rooter responded to our Service call to assess our Gas Hot Water Heater, because of its age, was replaced so as our Pressure Valve, Unclog our kitchen sink and trouble shoot our Carburetor.
Dylan is so professional in dealing with us, he has solved our problems very efficiency, and has done a fantastic job, not to mention all the “ maintenance tips” ” that he has given us.
For any of our future Plumbing needs, I will definitely call Mr Rooter Plumbing again & ask for Dylan!
