Very professional and competent service at a fair price. The staff are also very courteous, humble, and caring. They completely restored by dented frame, it is now as good as new. This is truly the best autobody shop I have ever visited. The physical location does not look opulent, but the service is exceedingly great. Sean is an awesome shop owner and mechanic, i brought my 2004 BMW 530i to him, he charges the best prices in Toronto and in my opinion does the best work, i would have paid a couple thousand more at any other shop. Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
