Wilmington Best Child Care Centre has been in operation since 1985. We are located in the Wilmington Elementary School with convenient access to public transportation. This Centre is a non-profit Centre with a Board of Directors consisting of our child care parents. We offer Full Time Spaces Part-Day Spaces Registered Early Childhood Educators Playground available Catered Lunch Hours of Operation 7:00 to 6:00 Monday thru Friday. Summer Care (camp) Offered
