In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. Great experience. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car and would not let me buy it until I drove it. There was no pressure put on me and after being treated so well and falling in love with car I bought it. We felt relaxed and test drove the 2014 Mazda3 and then we nagiated a deal and completed all paper work in an very relaxed atmosphere. Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in. They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced. Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.
