I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.
Seriously?
That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.
I brought the car in the next morning and waited for magic to be done. Excellent experience!

2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered. I dealt with Hussein and he sold me on it once again during the test drive! He never disappoints and is really understanding when you're unfamiliar with cars. 30 people in party with server being able to keep everyone's tab separately without a problem - amazing. Service was prompt and not intrusive. The prime rib was a little overcooked but it was tender and juicy. Caesar salad was tangy and nicely garlic'd. Somewhat crowded so couldn't mix and meet very well.
