I used their repair service for my a/c. I was able to book it quickly, got a clear straight forward price on the phone and the technician was experienced, knowledgeable and polite.
He followed up with the work, finding and supplying the part that our a/c needed the same day and finished the work the same day.
I had to call another company couple of years ago fir our furnace repair and I had a very difficult time with them because finding someone on the phone and talking to them was difficult

A real 5-star experience. Three days into my family vacation, my homes original heating system conked out. My neighbour helped me get quotes from heating cos, whom I later called to ask questions. I went with JCD for the simple reason that they were always on the ball. All my questions were answered with yes as they had a solution for everything..they just made it easy to do business with. Excellent service. My Carrier furnace stopped working after 14 years and spending $1,000 on repairs last year. Abram sent a repair person the very day of breaking down and installed a new York furnace the next day. Guys worn a mask for COVID and were very accommodating.
