Third, happiness is a journey, not a goal or a destination. And forth, no one is more important than you are, although other people are also important (just not more important than you are). When we forgive ourselves for being imperfect and make good choices that give us the opportunity to have our basic needs met, we make it possible to experience peace and times of happiness.
