So much so, that by 1982 the company opened their first branch office in Winnipeg, followed by a second in Saskatoon in 1984. By 1992, with operations spanning western and central Canada, the company was restructured with founding partner Harry Buhler becoming CEO, and Gord Wiebe becoming President. The executives established the vision of becoming the preeminent window and door supplier in Canada, with operations coast to coast. To achieve this vision, they sought to expand the core management team. To this end, three new partners were added to the ownership group, with Bill Scott appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing; Roger Hutlet becoming Vice President, Finance; and Robert Gilles as Vice President, Manufacturing.
