Shirley is not only an excellent graphic designer but she provides first rate service at extremely reasonable prices. We have just started working with her company, but the first project was a complete redesign of our brochure which took many phone calls, emails and remote sessions. Shirley was was up to whatever was asked and always kept a positive attitude throughout this somewhat difficult process. I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most.
