The technician Ben quoted the work and the price was fair and reasonable. He was able to do the job right after he quoted it. Everyone that I spoke with from start to finish made the experience easy. First snow day and every tire shop was booking middle of next week and onward. West End is a very busy all-service mechanical shop but since my tires are on rims, the rep said they could do them this morning. Two hours later, 20 minutes in-and-out, $63 and I'm done.
