Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. Trevor and his team were exceptional! He diagnosed our problem quickly with his camera system - Finding crushed drain pipe in a number of areas and a small underground spring which we had no idea about! He put together a very comprehensive estimate of work required. When work started his team were obviously well trained, clean and very polite. We are extremely satisfied with the work having had another drainage company up before who did not discover these problems.
