This business was most kind to me. On Saturday last, my tire blew out on the highway and I drove to the service door a few minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day. The service reps took my car in immediately and determined the problem. They got me back on the road with my spare tire in place and refused any payment. I was amazed! I am from a small town 2 hours away and needed the help and they refused any compensation. MacFarlane GMC is my hero! Thank you!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership. We bought two vehicles in two weeks because we were so impressed with the service the first time that we came back to buy our other vehicle. My daughters 2008 Honda Civic broke down on her way out of the city camping. We had it towed into London Honda thinking the worst - a transmission. They estimated it quickly, reached out to us to get approval and had it fixed within 24 hours for a minor problem. They also road tested it afterwards to make sure it fixed the problem. The service advisor, Jim, was amazing. We definitely had a great experience and will be back. Thank-you!
