I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.

Picture a really good Mandarin. AYCE with great taste and prices. Yes the service is slow but the place is clean and nice. The food is top notch for ayce. I dare you to find better Thai and Sushi for this price. Lunch is $15 and dinner is $25. Something for everyone and please try the deep fried cheesecake, so good. My fav place for the last year. I'm a Certified Pedorthist trained to help you with any problems related to your lower limb biomechanics - and there are lots of them! Examples are shin splints, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, bunion pain, tingling/burning under the ball of your foot, hip pain, low back pain, and more.
An initial consultation is 45 minutes, during which time I will do a weight bearing and non-weight bearing biomechanical assessment as well as a gait analysis to determine how I can help you.
If I see issues with your mechanics that are causing your pain, we will talk about proper shoes to wear and possibly orthotics (if necessary) to get you back to the best position to alleviate your discomfort.
