We offer one-on-one fitness training and couples training (as our scheduling permits), along with whole foods/Paleo nutrition consulting. We work with clients who are new to exercising or the seasoned gym-goer who wants some variety in their fitness regimen. Our clients range in age from 21 to 80 plus. Many of our clients are Baby Boomers. We work with clients who train from home or clients who have gym memberships. We don’t fitness train clients offsite - all clients must come to our private, licensed and insured studio. We both have 4 decades of experience in weight/resistance and functional training. We are both certified A.I.S. Practitioners, which is a form of bodywork that releases tight muscles and fascial tissue. Michelle is also an Exercise Strength Specialist for hip and knee joint replacement clients and is also a Cancer Exercise Specialist for cancer patients and cancer survivors. Many of our clients have been working with us for 5 years and longer!
Xtend Barre is a barre-based, full-body workout designed for everyone - women, men, beginners, runners, swimmers, weekend warriors. The list goes on. Anyone who wants and needs to move their body for STRENGTH, POWER, CARDIO, and CONFIDENCE.
Beyond our signature low-impact, cardio-infused Barre class, we offer a variety of programs that strengthen, lengthen and chisel your body to deliver fast, real results. From high intensity interval training to Pilates classes, our clients enjoy mixing up their workout routines to achieve their desired goals.
