This is an amazing company. I reached out to them upon finding what I thought possibly could be carpenter ants. The lady asked me to email her a picture of what I had found. Upon doing this, she took the time to research and find out exactly what type of bug I had found. Her response time and emails back to me were quick. I have had to call the Cornerstone Post Office, a few times to ask questions and deal with an issue I have. My two dogs have enjoyed excellent care at Perfect Place kennels for over 10 years. And the exceptional nature of client service by Steve and Val and their staff was exceeded when I broke my ankle and was unable to care for the dogs.
During my two-month recovery Steve and Val brought the dogs to visit and arranged that they be groomed. The dogs came home they were happy and healthy. They knew the kennel and enjoyed time there in the past so it wasn’t at all a problem for them.
