The front end team that greet you, book your appointments and take your payments are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Have a difficult to fit daughter and have been shopping at this store for years. It is quite expensive, but they sell quality merchandise. But I will only shop there when the owner, Carol, is available. She knows her stock and how to fit correctly. I take away one star for the condescending, sometimes mocking attitude and dismissive behavior of some of her staff.
