The 2010 Board of Directors welcomes you to Richmond Heights Housing Co-op. Our Co-op was incorporated in 1986 with the first units ready for members in 1988. We are a townhouse style complex comprised of 67 living units in 11 buildings. Close to the Village of Steveston, a short walk away from Richmond's dyke trails along the Fraser, we are close to both amenities and nature.Our vision for Richmond Heights Coop is to foster a community that is built on cooperation, self-governance and member involvement. We are welcoming and respectful of everyone and encourage community spirit through social events and good neighbour practices.

There are presently 4 committees at Waterside, Board of Directors, Finance, Maintenance and Membership. As a member of the co-op it is mandatory that I person from your unit participates actively on a committee and attend semi-annual general meetings including work parties.
