I can't say enough about this place! I have been going since 1998! So a well established place.
I go for lunch hot plate. You can choose several items from: peppers, pasta, chicken, sausage, broccoli, potato, bread. Where else can you get a full, healthy delicious, hot meal for $8.00.
I haven't been there for supper and I don't think they offer the hot plate on weekends or supper. It is in a business park so they really cater to the weekday lunch.

Great value good service and good portions.
I often get the pasta package for one, minus the little dessert (way to full for it!!). Its only $15 gets you an entire meal w/ drink too. we always have left overs cuz like most we end up filling up on salad, soup and that yummy warm endless garlic bread! We usually get a side of parm to butter n dip the bread in yum! I often order the pasta with half spicy arabata sauce and half bolognese and add veggies to the dish. Been to multiple locations and they are consistent.

Traveling from the U.S.A., I recently had the pleasure of dining at iL Forno in Woodbridge, ON, Canada, and it has quickly become one of my favorite Italian restaurants. During my visits, I tried the Mediterranean pizza, chicken fricassee, grilled rib eye, and salmon fillet.
