I called Goldsmith for a second time to transport my dementia mother, dispatch was professional told me what to expect, the cost and time the driver would be there. There was a wonderful young man, Brian, that showed up and greeted mom as if he had known her for years... mom told him stories and he listened intensely. I am deathly afraid of the dentist. I don't like going and when I do, my anxiety goes through the roof. I need to be frozen, sedated, whatever it takes for me not to feel a thing. Well today was an experience that I wont forget. Dr Hicks & Dee are absolutely terrific. I was treated like gold, very patient, kind and I didn't even need freezing.
