I recently had my dog in for a spring clean up after I read the previous review. I was able to go through the entire visit along with my dog. The whole winter coat was cleared away when Bev noticed an abcess at the base of his tail. She was careful around it and I did take bj to the vet. I don't know if it was extra vigilence that noticed the small abcess or regular careful-ness but I am grateful. bj looks great and it was nice to be able to see exactly what was being done to him. I would definitely recommend.

She will listen to what you want and also consult with you her suggestions, taking in all factors into consideration. Starts from the owners down, top-notch customer service, reasonable prices, and they do not forget about you once you make your purchase. Bought our hot tub 10 years ago and still getting great customer service, including in-house service almost immediately after requesting it.
