Weekly appointments with Adam. Prompt.very enthusiastic and always encouraging.Took the time to show in detail the exercises and why(important!)to both his co-op student(Toby) and his patient.He suggested alternate ways to do the exercises if I found them too difficult. Adam always showed a friendly and positive demeanor.I am happy to recommend this Lifemark crew to friends.

Darlene is very knowledgeable when it comes to her work and always adresses my concerns regarding my health when needed.
