Bought a used car that needed some repairs. Whiterock Automotive was recommended by some of my co workers so, I called and booked in for service. John and his team were excellent. After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Fantastic office and handled my insurance with care. Very knowledeable- even realized my safe driving discount was not as high as it was supposed to be and got me more off of my car insurance! Nice, beautiful office with very friendly staff. Very happy to have BCAA so close to my home!
