My car broke down here while I was vacationing at the Falls from Iowa, USA. I was so nervous to take my car to some mechanic that would charge an exuberant amount. I was immediately put at ease at McLeods. They explained to me what exactly they were doing and showed me the price beforehand. Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.
