I am a clinical psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists British Columbia. I specialize in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and aim to develop an empathetic and solid working relationship with my clients. CBT is an evidence-based approach that has been found to be effective in treating a variety of different issues including depression, social anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD.
