Very knowledgeable. This was the only company of three or four that took the time to climb up on our roof and look to see what the problem was with our leaking chimney, before giving us an estimate. Walter asked me to come out and look at the problem and explained Several options to us. The problem was fixed the first time, they were always on time and answered all our questions. My water heater had to be replaced .It is Dec 22.I get one from Payzants. Called around for the best price to get it installed . Some nut wanted $600. plus tax , another wanted $450. plus tax and this is if all went smooth. I call Gary Dec 23 he said it is double time so his rate was $150. per hour and it should only be 2hrs .Right on the money, in and out in 2hrs. I would highly recommend him . The other plumbers just seen money,Gary seen a guy who needed help. Thank you Gary .
