I have been banking at the Royal Bank for nearly six years now and I am usually very impressed by their service. The lines are short and there's enough tellers to help people quickly. They're friendly and if I am waiting for my appointment, employees will ensure that I've been helped. For all my basic banking needs, I find this bank exceeds my expectations.
My only two complaints would be that sometimes the staff can be friendly to the point of overstepping their bounds (e.g. when I was 17, I didn't feel it was necessary for me to explain why I was not in school) and I don't like having to pay $4/month for my bank account. An employee did try to assist me in getting rid of the monthly fee, but it didn't work.

Clean, pleasant staff and top notch products. Private rooms if you don't want to sit and chat with friends in their comfy massage chairs. Reasonably priced and lots of treatments available. Also a great place to go with daughters or moms and sit side-by-side and chat while have pedicures done. Gift spa packages are great for the mother-in-law that has everything!!

Excellent place and people. My son and I have gone there since my old dentist retired 10 or more years ago. Dr. Li is always gentle, kind and explains everything he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and is always concerned about your comfort level. The Staff and the wife of Dr. Li are always helpful and compassionate. My elderly parents go there too and are always treated with great care. You will not find better care anywhere.

I have never experienced such personalized and excellent care from an pharmacy. The pharmacist took a long time counselling me and giving ne suggestions. The staff communicated with me several times to let me know that they had received the prescription, before they processed it and when it was out for delivery. The fact that they delivered for free (all the way to Alliston) was the icing on the cake. It's so rare to find such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

The Town of York Historical Society was born of the interest generated by the restoration, in the early 1980s, of an historically significant group of buildings in what is currently downtown Toronto. These included the Bank of Upper Canada (1827) and York's fourth post office (Toronto's first) constructed in 1833. Many experts – architects, historians and curators – volunteered assistance during the restoration project. From this core group, the Town of York Historical Society was formed in February of 1983. The first-floor location of the old post office was set aside for the establishment of a museum. The Society's first order of business was to accurately recreate its historical interior in order to reopen the post office in December of 1983 – its 150th anniversary. The Society now operates Toronto's First Post Office as a museum, a National Historic Site and an active working post office. This is an appropriate continuation of the site's original purpose.
