The place is great, the food is delicious and honestly, everything is quite fun when you go there. The only thing that doesn't make it a 5* experience is the price... It's probably around 20-25% overpriced, but still, it's a must go once in a while !

My wife is trying to cure me of the habit of ordering a dish just because I don't know what it is or I have never had it before. More often then not it turns out to be a disappointment. Tonight I ordered the bavette (flank) steak. It was just okay for me as it is a tougher cut of beef, but that's my fault. Everything else we had was really good, my wife thought the Sante Fe chicken was exceptionally good. Overall, a good experience and I want to go back again and try something else.

The food was oh so good! The service was excellent! We really loved our server Cristel, so very polite and pleasant. She even asked to take my coat when we entered the restaurant.
We really enjoyed or calamari, just lightly breaded. The salmon with spices and maple syrup was devine. The beef and Portuguese chicken was great! And let's not forget the special Portuguese dessert, taste just like being Portugal all over again! Nancy

Limited menu. Limited wine list. Obviously you don't go there for the decoration or the variety of the menu BUT, all that was served to us was excellent. Crispy salads, awesome bavette steak and very good fries, tasty no too panned fish n chip. Add on top very good service that care to check often if everything's allright and unexpensive beer. It is a very good example of a small place with no pretention where you can go back many times as long as your expectations stays relative to a small place. Outdoor terrasse is also a plus; average price for a meal is around 15$. :)
