Our bookkeepers and accountants make up a certified team that stays current through continuous certifications and seminars to ensure up-to-date service with all of the newest information, laws, regulations, and techniques in our field. We provide comprehensive services, whether it is to start your company, manage your accounts payable and receivable, produce your financial statements, conduct your bank reconciliation, develop reports for governments, prepare monthly financial statements, or organize and maintain your year-end report files.
PSC knows how effective government procurement should be carried out. Our procurement consultants have very strong backgrounds in all aspects of contracting. Many of them previously spent their careers in the central procurement agencies or in client departments and, prior to leaving, held senior positions in those organizations. During their public service careers and subsequently they have developed hundreds of Requests for Proposal and have carried out or overseen the evaluation of similar numbers of proposals. PSC has provided Fairness Monitor services to governments on over a hundred (100) projects ranging in value up to several billion dollars. In the role of Fairness Monitor we oversee all or part of the procurement process, including the statement of requirement, development of the bid solicitation document, evaluation of proposals and debriefing of bidders to ensure that it is conducted in accordance with the Request for Proposal and applicable government policies.
The Grand Council of the Crees is the political body that represents about 18,000 Crees. We uphold responsibilities in respect to the environment, economic and community development, the Board of Compensation and other matters as decided by the board of directors. We are an elected council of 20 members, who all aim to represent the Cree people. We have offices in the Cree community of Nemaska as well as in Montreal and Ottawa.
