Had them fix a leak in the foundation in the basement of my house. They were great to work with and came exactly when they said they would. The regular practice of Iyengar yoga leads to optimal physical and mental health. It is named for B.K.S. Iyengar, of Pune, India, who developed, refined and shared this methodology.
It uses a precise, systematic approach whereby students learn a series of yoga postures in a well- planned order, and synchronize these postures with their breathing. These yoga postures help to exercise, strengthen, balance and cleanse every system of the body: musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, immune, digestive, nervous and respiratory. Students concentrate intently, drawing their attention inward. This concentration quiets and integrates their minds and bodies.
