Gary Vatcher began his career in the landscape profession in 1967, where he started a summer job sodding new homes in London, Ontario. It was here he started working on equipment to do the topsoil spreading and grading. Two years later he began working with a lawn maintenance company in London where he stayed for 5 years, learning the trade and becoming the foreman of two large crews and oversaw the maintenance of the London Airport, The Middlesex County Catholic School Board as well as more than half a dozen 5-10 acre estates. It was in the winters here that he took courses on pruning, insect and disease control and graduated from the University of Guelph’s Turf Managers Course in 1972.

Health and fitness has always been Erica's passion. Raised in Chatham-Kent, Erica grew up playing numerous sports and has always had a love for running. Completing a few marathons and obtaining her Personal Training certification, it was natural to find a career within the health and wellness industry.After her first niece Cora was born, Erica was inspired to work with both moms and babies. Seeing her sister struggle with her post-baby weight and having difficulty finding activities to do with her daughter, Mommy & Baby Fitness was a perfect fit.Erica began Mommy & Baby Fitness in 2009, for Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex and has enjoyed every moment! She truly believes movement is medicine, and nothing fulfills her more than to help new moms feel better about themselves- happy moms mean happy babies!
