Went in for color and highlights, store was very busy but they fit me in. The staff there was amazing and despite being so incredibly busy, my stylist still gave me fantastic customer service. It feels like a family whenever I go in to have my hair done. There was a few impatient clients in there while I was there and the girls still smiled and were friendly to each and every client.

My wife and I purchased a Groupon coupon for a spring cleaning from Green Sweep. All we can say is WOW! No offense to my wife but I've never seen our house so clean - sparkled from top to bottom. We also have floor dwelling pets and so the green products are important to us. Green Sweep is now our regular cleaning service and we couldn't be happier. George and Mary, Waterloo.

I was pleasantly greeted outside the door and escorted to customer service where I had an order to pick up. The girls at the desk were so helpful and knowledgeble,really made my shopping an easy, enjoyable experience. The cashier was kind and caring. Our daughter wanted a Shopkins themed birthday party and not one Party store in Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener or Waterloo had Shopkins themed party supplies! Victoria Party Store had some but not all of what we needed so the owner Bina Patel drove to Toronto to get everything we needed for party favours and decorations!
