Langs (formerly Langs Farm Village Association) was established as a community development project in 1978 by a group of citizens and service providers concerned about vandalism and the lack of accessible services in the community. These individuals believed that the establishment of a community-based organization would play a positive and preventative role in the neighbourhood.Langs is a neighbourhood based organization, but has become so much more! You can go at your own pace and be cheered on by our uplifting group of fitness friends. We do a combination of intense cardio, stair and bleacher running, ab and core strengthening, plyometrics, military exercises and yoga. Please don't be late to the weekend workouts as it takes away time from others that are on time.
