After teaching elementary school in Toronto for seven years, Leslie opened 5 Sylvan Learning Centres and was the Owner/Director of the North Toronto Sylvan Centre for fifteen years. There, she worked with hundreds of students of all ages, and their parents and teachers, as a specialist in assessment, remediation, reading and math. Leslie has also worked with a psychologist who has developed an effective and motivating reading & math program for preschoolers. Leslie's four children all attended the Nursery and Kindergarten Programs here and she has been back as the Owner/Director since 2006.

At Kinder Korner Preschool and Respite Centre we believe that all children are entitled to opportunities that support and encourage their emotional, social, cognitive and physical growth and development. OUR STORY is connected to our city.
