In his clinic, there is an easy sense of confidence. His use of humour and his affable manner put people at ease and help them feel comfortable. The Brick in Castlegar is an amazing store for the Kootenays it has all the same furniture as the big city stores do. Many new styles I had never seen before, post modern styles are pretty cool. Great staff never pushy. Had a great delivery of my genuine leather sectional.

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest!
