Ok would like to mention a young girl Jenna who served me at customer service at the Kelsey Drive location. She was amazingly kind, efficient and clear. I've been here twice and each time was pleasant and relaxing. My last appointment which was almost about a month ago ( my nails are still in tact and beautiful ) was very pleasant and I actually had a really great time chatting with the lady that was doing my nails. She was very nice and made me actually feel entertained and comfortable even though I usually hate getting my nails done. I would recommend the friendly staff here to anyone.
