Was extremely quick with every response and got me everything I need to avoid ever paying a gym membership again! Your driver that delivered to No Frills on Blake st today on Saturday Jan 21st @ 12:40, needs to be commended for his driving ! There were at least 6 vehicles that came into the parking lot & cut your driver off ! Though he was doing everything right, honking his horn while backing up, going very slowly, checking his mirrors constantly, the crazy drivers gave him no consideration & in the end he backed up safely & successfully! I drove over & commended him on his great driving, he did great ! R

I have visited this location several times now to receive their oil change/ car wash package. Oasis offers a free wash with any oil change package and their entire facility is top notch. Clean shop and your car comes out very clean after a wash. The oli changes are quick, but comprehensive. During an oil change service, the technicians consistently check your tire pressure (accurately), lubricate your hinges (when required) and check your coolant life. The staff are very friendly and only suggest what truly requires changing. When I contacted them about a problem I discovered, they promptly took me in and resolved the issue with a friendly and humble approach that I rarely experience in automotive service facilities.
I highly recommend Oasis to anyone who is looking for a great oil change experience in the Barrie and surrounding area.

I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!
