The past couple of years has seen a great physical change to Ladysmith's downtown, which has created many new opportunities for the Festival of Lights volunteers to create and add new lights and decorations.Ladysmith & District Credit Union fireworksWe acknowledge the financial assistance of the Province of British Columbia but probably the biggest 'sponsors', though, are the residents of Ladysmith. Over the years the ever increasing core of volunteers has gone the longest way in helping to make Ladysmith famous for its annual Light Up and its community spirit and to also make people aware of what they had in their own downtown and to shop local.For all of this assistance, the Festival of Lights is extremely grateful

Our office, which opened in May 2010, contains the most up to date equipment and sterilization procedures available. Our staff members have many years of experience, are trained in all aspects of general dentistry, and are committed to providing a high level of care and service. We also strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Digital x-rays eliminate the use of developing chemicals, an amalgam separator prevents mercury from being released into waste water, hospital grade steam sterilizers eliminate the need for chemical sterilization, paperless charting is used, claim forms are transmitted electronically whenever possible, water is conserved with the use of dry suction, and even our floors contain recycled content and meet California emission standards for volatile compounds. Dr. Eaton graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1987 and has been practising in the Comox Valley since 1997. She participates in the Comox Valley dental emergency pager system which ensures her patients access to 24 hour emergency dental care. Service is also provided to patients in long term care facilities. The office is located in downtown Comox with parking lot access from Church Street. The office is wheelchair accessible, located on a bus route, and has WiFi available.
